Tips for a Successful Online Registration

Passwords

Passwords are web-generated at first UNTIL you log in and change your information.

If you are having trouble retrieving your username and password – call the office during business hours and we can assist you or email your information directly to you.

System Errors

If you receive a System Error while browsing – hit the refresh button on your browser. The correct page usually loads.

If you receive a System Error AFTER submitting payment – do NOT use the refresh button, instead call the office to confirm your registration.

Confirmation Tickets

Confirmation tickets may take up to a couple of hours to get to you via email. Please be patient!

Before you try re-registering, please either call office to confirm that you have not been registered –
OR –
Log out and back in to website and check your account history.

Make sure to check your junk/spam filter folders for your confirmation ticket.  If you don’t get your ticket within 24 hours of registration, call the office to have it re-sent or confirm your registration.

Become a Member
Browse classes by start date
Browse classes by topic
Register others for classes

Things You CAN'T Do Online (so, please call our registration office during business hours):
Register using credit balances
Use your Bring-A-Friend option
Transfer or cancel registrations
Register using the Spanish Classport option
